LIMPOPO MAN AGED 35YEARS ARRESTED FOR FORCING HIMSELF ON MAGOGO

LIMPOPO MAN NAMED EPHRAIM AGE 35YEARS WHO R@PED AND ASSAULTED 90YEAR OLD WOMAN SENTENCED TO LIFE.
A 35year old Limpopo man who r@ped and assaulted an elderly woman aged 90 was sentenced to life by Groblersdal Regional Court.
According to the report sent out by Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba, the court heard that on 31st July 2022, the accused broke into the house of an elderly woman at Elandskraal and found a panga in the victim bedroom, he then assaulted her with it before engaging in his bad activity. 

Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that thereafter, he fled the scene with the said panga and got arrested later. 

Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that the accused: Ephraim Matshela Madiba was sentenced to life imprisonment for committing this crime and 24 months in imprisonment for Assault GBH and the sentences will be served concurrently.
